We are seeking a seasoned Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our organization, providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys and clients, with a primary focus on Litigation Support. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and handle complex legal matters. Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation.
3. Manage case files, maintain case calendars, and ensure timely filings.
4. Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals to gather and organize relevant information.
5. Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings.
6. Prepare and maintain legal documents, exhibits, and evidence for trial.
7. Review and summarize depositions, medical records, and other case-related documents.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of case strategies.
9. Maintain strict confidentiality of all case-related information.
Qualifications:
1. Experience as a Paralegal, with significant exposure to Litigation Support.
2. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
