Our esteemed law firm is on the hunt for a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Paralegal to join our dynamic team. We specialize in Insurance Law and Civil Litigation, and we are looking for a professional with a strong background in these areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record in insurance coverage, insurance fraud, trial practice, legal research, and paralegal duties.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Paralegal in our firm, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Assisting attorneys with all aspects of trial preparation, including organizing and managing case files, drafting legal documents and correspondence, and conducting legal research.
2. Providing detailed analysis and interpretation of insurance policies to determine coverage.
3. Conducting comprehensive investigations into suspected insurance fraud, including gathering and analyzing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing reports.
4. Assisting in the preparation and filing of pleadings and motions in civil litigation cases.
5. Coordinating and managing discovery, including document production, depositions, and interrogatories.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance law and civil litigation procedures and providing proactive, strategic advice to attorneys.
7. Ensuring strict confidentiality and privacy of client information in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Paralegal position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in insurance law and civil litigation.
2. A bachelor’s degree in law or a related field, or a paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
3. Extensive experience with insurance coverage, insurance fraud, and trial practice.
4. Proficiency in legal research and the ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents.
5. Strong investigative skills and the ability to analyze complex data and information.
6. Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
8. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. A proactive approach to work, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
