Job Details
Candidates should possess the following attributes:
Recent substantive litigation experience (Insurance Defense)
Knowledge of State and Federal Courts, and Arbitration Rules and Procedures
Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of litigation: fact investigation, case management, discovery, and trial
Proficiency in eDiscovery and litigation support tools, including, but not limited to, Text Map, Concordance, Relativity, Trial Director
Ability to conduct various document searches and factual research
Ability to query within eDiscovery programs and organize, index, analyze and summarize documents
Must be well-organized, and have the ability to troubleshoot issues and create solutions
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to exercise excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and strong organizational skills
