Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal who has at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury, property & casualty, or workers compensation.

- Conduct research on legal issues, regulations, and case law
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials to provide support to attorneys
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents with courts
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure successful case outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to the legal industry
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in the legal industry
- Experience with personal injury, property & casualty, and/or workers compensation
- Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
