Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal who has at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury, property & casualty, or workers compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on legal issues, regulations, and case law
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Organize and maintain case files and documents
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
  • Attend depositions, hearings, and trials to provide support to attorneys
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents with courts
  • Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure successful case outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to the legal industry

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in the legal industry
  • Experience with personal injury, property & casualty, and/or workers compensation
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
