We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Paralegal to join our high-performing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to showcase their legal research, writing, and assistance skills within a fast-paced and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional legal support.

Responsibilities:

As a Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on a variety of topics to support case preparation and strategy development.
2. Drafting, proofreading, and revising a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and correspondence.
3. Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings, including organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, and coordinating witnesses.
4. Facilitating communication and collaboration between attorneys, clients, court personnel, and other parties.
5. Maintaining an organized and up-to-date case management system, including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely filing of documents.
6. Staying informed of current legal trends, regulations, and court decisions relevant to our practice areas.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for the Permanent Paralegal position must have:

1. A minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.
2. Proficiency in legal research and writing, with the ability to interpret and apply complex legal principles and regulations.
3. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex legal information to a variety of audiences.
5. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software, as well as standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
6. A strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
7. A paralegal certificate or equivalent legal education is preferred but not required.
