Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Draft and file legal documents including complaints, discovery requests, and motions.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and attend court proceedings as needed.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings and responses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law.
- Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court filing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and case management tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent education preferred.
