We are a private firm seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Permanent Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This exciting role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, where you will play a critical role in providing legal support to our team of expert attorneys. You will be instrumental in handling a diverse array of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property division, and spousal support.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Family Law Paralegal, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

1. Assisting attorneys with all aspects of family law matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, financial statements, and correspondence.
2. Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents for court proceedings.
3. Coordinating with clients to gather necessary information and documentation, and maintaining regular communication to keep them informed about their case.
4. Managing and organizing case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
5. Participating in client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
6. Collaborating with the legal team to develop case strategies and prepare for court appearances.
7. Assisting in the negotiation and resolution of family law disputes.
