Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paralegal to join our established legal team. This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to work closely with our team of seasoned attorneys on a wide variety of legal matters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in drafting legal documents, managing cases, and providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings.
2. Draft a variety of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
3. Manage multiple case files simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and case files are up-to-date.
4. Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
5. Liaise with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals to coordinate case details.
6. Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
7. Help lawyers during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes, or reviewing trial transcripts.
8. Participate in client meetings and legal conferences.
9. Support attorneys in managing client relationships and handling administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, preferably within a law firm.
2. Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
3. Extensive experience in case management, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
4. Strong knowledge of legal research techniques and databases.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficiency in using legal software for document management and case tracking.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Paralegal certification from an accredited program is a plus.
