Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive attorney support, including preparing legal documents, conducting research, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
2. Revise agreements and contracts as per the instructions of attorneys, ensuring all revisions are accurate and comply with legal standards and company policies.
3. Handle court filings, ensuring all documents are correctly prepared, organized, and filed within the required deadlines.
4. Manage document production, including drafting, reviewing, and editing various legal documents and correspondence.
5. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, and provide support during audits and investigations.
6. Liaise with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest changes in laws and regulations related to the accounting and finance industry, and ensure all company practices are compliant.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or Administration Assistant at a law firm
3. Proficient in attorney support, revising agreements, court filings, and document production.
4. Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and research techniques.
5. Strong understanding of accounting and finance laws and regulations.
6. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
8. Proficient in using legal research software and other relevant computer applications.
9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
10. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
