About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Accounting & Office Clerk to support our team with financial and administrative tasks. This is a jack-of-all-trades position with a mix of finance and accounting (80%) and general office administration (20%). The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a construction-based environment, and is comfortable handling both project-based and service-based invoicing.

What You’ll Do:
  • Accounts Receivable Support – Assist with full-cycle AR, including entering and billing invoices.
  • Accounts Payable Backup – Provide support as needed.
  • General Clerical Work – Filing, data entry, and organizing records.
  • Administrative Support – Answering phones and assisting with office tasks as needed.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the Controller

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in operational accounting (AR/AP) (construction experience is a plus).
  • Comfort with data entry, invoicing, and general office duties.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to different tasks and work independently.
  • Willingness to help where needed in a small but busy office.
