Job Details
Our organization is seeking a dynamic and dedicated part-time Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring its optimal functionality, and providing effective solutions to our business needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team, contribute to the growth of a thriving organization, and enhance your professional development in the field of Salesforce administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring its optimal functionality and usability.
2. Collaborate with various team members to understand their needs and develop effective solutions using Salesforce.
3. Perform regular audits and perform necessary updates to ensure high data quality.
4. Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
5. Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
6. Maintain system security and integrity, with a focus on user setup, roles, profiles, and workflows.
7. Provide support and assistance to users to troubleshoot any Salesforce issues.
8. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates and features and implement them as needed.
9. Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
10. Work with our management team to establish suitable Salesforce practices and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
2. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent is required.
3. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
4. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
5. Strong data management abilities.
6. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
7. Experience in documenting processes and creating end-user training materials.
8. Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
9. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
10. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
11. Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
12. Experience with nonprofit processes preferred.
