This small boutique firm primarily represents real estate investors, landlords, and construction contractors in cases involving: real estate and construction litigation, landlord/tenant matters, land use/zoning matters, real estate closings, and other civil litigation such as employment and injury matters.

Job Details
Job Qualifications:
- MD Bar license in good standing. DC and VA is also preferred.
- 10+ years of complex civil litigation experience. Experience in construction and real estate litigation is required.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal advice
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
- Consistent billing activity that demonstrates leadership and a track record of success in effectively managing cases and client relationships
- No book of business is required
