Partner Level Attorney

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Partner Level Attorney, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Handling a wide variety of insurance defense cases from inception through trial.
2. Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients in all matters relating to insurance defense.
3. Developing and implementing effective legal strategies to resolve complex legal issues efficiently.
4. Negotiating settlements in the best interest of our clients.
5. Representing the firm and its clients in court, arbitration panels, mediations, and negotiations.
6. Reviewing and drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
7. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and working collaboratively with them to understand their needs and objectives.
8. Staying updated on current legislation and legal developments affecting the insurance industry.
9. Contributing to the firm's growth and reputation through business development activities.
10. Collaborating with other members of the legal team to ensure the delivery of excellent client service.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Partner Level Attorney position will have:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Proven experience in handling a variety of insurance defense cases.
5. Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present legal strategies to clients and other stakeholders.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
