We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Partner Relations Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relations with our partners, vendors, and stakeholders. You will be the key liaison between our organization and our partners, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships, driving process improvement, and delivering results.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of partners and vendors, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring mutual growth and success.
2. Manage vendor acquisition process, identifying potential partners, conducting due diligence, and negotiating contracts.
3. Oversee the implementation and compliance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with all partners, ensuring that all obligations are met and any issues are promptly resolved.
4. Conduct regular data analysis to monitor partner performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve partner relations.
5. Resolve any partner-related issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction.
6. Drive process improvement initiatives within the partner relations function, identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing solutions.
7. Manage all partner data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data management standards and regulations.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner relations strategies with overall business objectives.
9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on partner relations activities and performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in partner relations, vendor management, or similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in network development, vendor acquisition, and relationship management.
4. Strong knowledge of SLA compliance, data analysis, issue resolution, process improvement, and data management.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in issue resolution.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
10. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement.
