We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Partner for our established legal firm. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of professionals who are passionate about providing top-tier legal services. The ideal candidate will have a transferable book or firm, demonstrating their ability to attract and retain high-value clients. Our new partner will be expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development by leveraging their expertise in a diverse range of legal areas. This is a pivotal role that demands a deep understanding of the law, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic legal initiatives that align with the firm's overall business objectives.
2. Provide expert legal advice and representation in complex legal matters, including but not limited to, communications law disputes, agribusiness issues, technology-related legal matters, intellectual property rights, data security, corporate governance, B2B litigation, product liability, employment litigation, and real estate transactions.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
4. Contribute to the firm's growth by attracting and retaining high-value clients.
5. Actively participate in the firm's management, including decision-making on key strategic and operational issues.
6. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the firm.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
4. Demonstrated ability to attract and retain high-value clients.
5. Proven expertise in a diverse range of legal areas, including communications law, agribusiness, technology (software licensing and implementation), intellectual property rights, data security, corporate governance, B2B litigation, product liability, employment litigation, and real estate transactions.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
7. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to align legal strategies with business objectives.
8. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
10. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results under pressure.
