We are actively seeking a Partner-level Insurance Coverage Attorney to expand and lead our insurance coverage practice in New York. This is a pivotal opportunity to join a nationally recognized boutique law firm and play a foundational role in scaling our NY-based insurance coverage offerings.

This position is ideal for a current Partner or senior-level Associate with a portable book of business and deep expertise in insurance coverage litigation and advisory work. You’ll step into a flexible, supportive platform designed to help you grow your practice while shaping the firm's next phase of growth in this space.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic leader in building out the firm's New York insurance coverage practice.

Represent insurance carriers in a variety of coverage disputes and advisory matters.

Collaborate with firm leadership on growth strategy and business development.

Supervise and mentor junior attorneys as the team scales.

Admitted to practice in New York.

Extensive experience in insurance coverage (defense-side) work.

A book of business (required).

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something and take ownership.

Either a current Partner or Senior Associate ready to elevate.
