Job Details
We are seeking a highly accomplished Partner to join our law firm. This role is intended for senior attorneys with a strong book of business, proven leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering exceptional legal services. The Partner will play a critical role in driving the firm’s growth, cultivating client relationships, and providing high-level oversight on complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client engagements across designated practice areas, ensuring the highest quality of service.
- Originate and grow client relationships, contributing to the firm’s revenue and long-term success.
- Supervise and mentor associates, Of Counsel, and support staff to build and strengthen the firm’s talent pipeline.
- Actively participate in firm leadership, including strategy, governance, and business development initiatives.
- Oversee case teams, ensuring effective delegation, efficient workflows, and positive client outcomes.
- Maintain thought leadership through industry engagement, publications, and speaking opportunities to enhance both personal and firm reputation.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law and in good standing with the relevant state bar(s).
- Minimum of 12–20 years of legal practice, with significant client-facing experience and recognized expertise in one or more practice areas (e.g., corporate, litigation, intellectual property, employment, real estate, etc.).
- Demonstrated history of business development and the ability to bring or expand a sustainable book of business.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills.
- Excellent judgment, advocacy, and communication skills.
