We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Litigation Partner. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our firm's success while helping our clients navigate complex legal issues. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in legal writing, advice, dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and civil litigation.

Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Partner, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing high-quality legal advice to clients, taking into account their unique circumstances and objectives.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents and agreements.
3. Representing clients in dispute resolution proceedings, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
4. Managing commercial litigation cases, including developing case strategies, preparing for trial, and representing clients in court.
5. Handling civil litigation matters, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and advocating for clients in court.
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
7. Contributing to the firm's business development efforts, including networking, pitching to potential clients, and participating in industry events.
8. Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and support staff, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
9. Keeping up-to-date with changes in the law and legal industry, continuously improving your legal knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Litigation Partner position, you must have:

1. A law degree from an ABA-accredited Law School.
2. A member in good standing of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on legal writing, advice, dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and civil litigation.
4. Excellent legal writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, understandable language.
5. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
6. The ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
7. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
8. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.
9. A passion for the law and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
