Position Overview
The Parts and Warehouse Manager oversees the team that sells, stocks, and distributes spare parts and components. This role also involves warehouse management, logistics, and process design.

In this role, you will collaborate with various departments, including internal service, sales, and delivery teams, and manage relationships with external partners and suppliers. You will maintain stock levels and work closely with the Service & Warranty teams to manage parts delivery and returns as needed. Additionally, you will oversee a distribution network and lead a team to meet operational goals and objectives. Hiring and resource management, in collaboration with HR, will also be part of your responsibilities.

This position requires strong technical skills and familiarity with modern technology to support warehouse and customer service operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of specialists to deliver high-quality service and support
  • Oversee purchase orders and manage relationships with suppliers
  • Manage warehouse operations, including storage, stocking, and distribution
  • Maintain communication with external partners to ensure stock availability
  • Negotiate pricing and source alternative vendors when necessary
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including parcel, freight, and container logistics
  • Participate in ongoing training related to safety, management, and product knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and train team members accordingly
  • Develop and suggest parts kits to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyze operations to identify potential improvements in resources and systems

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in parts or warehouse management
  • 5+ years of experience in personnel management
  • 5+ years in a customer service-oriented role
  • 3+ years in a shipping or logistics position
  • Skilled in writing and interpreting inventory reports
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stock items, including lifting up to 35 lbs
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service abilities, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication skills in various settings
  • Calm, empathetic approach to managing challenging situations
  • High level of integrity and a commitment to excellence
