Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Minnesota Bar.
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in patent law, including patent prosecution, litigation, and counseling.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. and international patent laws and procedures.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
