Are you a talented Patent Associate or Patent Agent with a passion for intellectual property law? Our Intellectual Property team is seeking a highly qualified individual to join us as a 3rd year Patent Associate or Patent Agent. In this role, you will work in our Roseland, NJ, Centerville, UT, or Palo Alto, CA locations, focusing on drafting, preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software, including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization, and cloud computing. If you have a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and are admitted to the USPTO, we want to hear from you.
