Responsibilities
  • Support patent and trademark litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to IP disputes
  • Assist with discovery strategy, including depositions and expert work
  • Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on patent validity, infringement, and enforcement
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client counseling
  • Help advise clients on IP enforcement strategies to protect their innovations

Job Details

Requirements
  • JD from a competitive law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 1-5+ years of experience focused on patent litigation
  • Strong understanding of IP law, including patent validity and infringement issues
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with clients
