- In good standing with the state bar
- Practice Area: Intellectual Property - Patents - Litigation - Hard Sciences - Engineering
- An undergraduate or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering is ideal, but work or educational experience in computer science or other relevant technology will also be considered
