Patient Recruitment Specialist

Clinical Research institute in South Florida actively looking for a Patient Recruitment Specialist to join their organization. This is a remote position.

The Patient Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing recruitment programs to meet targeted enrollment goals for our Study Protocols.

Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Become knowledgeable on all the components of study protocol by having effective communication with Clinical Research Coordinator.
• Recruit patients by marketing varies studies. This includes phone screening, vetting, and enrolling of patients.
• Network with Medical Providers to enhance the recruitment process.
• Review patient database for potential study participants.

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must have experience in recruiting, marketing, advertising, or sales experience.
• Must have knowledge of Clinical Research requirements.
• Must be bi-lingual – English and Spanish.
• Able to work remotely and independently.
