Based in beautiful Valencia, CA, we are a well known bank that is actively looking to hire an experienced Payment Solutions Representative. This position provides high-level client service and operational support to client inquiries via incoming calls, email or mail. Responding to all types of e-banking, cash management or treasury management related requests. These products include but are not limited to Wire Origination, Merchant Services, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Mobile Banking, eBanking, Cash Vault Services, Business Bill Pay, ACH Origination. In addition the position manages the Bank's acquiring merchant services program with the card associations and independent sales organizations (ISO).

Together they’re located in LA County, about 30 minutes northwest of the downtown area, depending on traffic. Job Details
- eBanking service experience required
- Merchant service experience required
- Promote customer-facing products throughout the bank and maintain a timely and appropriate flow of information to sales and branch teams.
- Develop trainings for internal and external customers.
- Provide assistance to operations on client support issues.
- Assist branch personnel and/or customers with the completion, review and accuracy of the merchant services and eBanking application before submitting to processing department.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure expectations are met.
- Periodically assess the Bank's customer-facing products and services and identify deficiencies by reviewing new development in strategic markets. This includes but is not limited to data collection, pricing information, and presentation to management.
- Manage, coordinate and implement new or modify existing products and services with customers.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports, including but not limited to enrollment forms, audit reports, and/or other payment solutions products.
- Assess risk and maintain accurate documentation of assessment, reports, etc.
- Unless otherwise assigned, responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, processing and review of merchant ISO and Bank processing activity.
- Unless otherwise assigned post daily necessary activity as required for merchant reconcilement.
- Review and monitor Fraud Application and Reports, adjust settings as necessary.
- Keep department procedures updated when changes occur and make recommendation for improvements.
- Maintain up to date knowledge and may train others on products, services, departmental systems, and related technology, policies and procedures.
- Bring any suspicious activity to the attention of a supervisor, or the Bank Secrecy Act Officer.
- Follow all Bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Understand and adhere to regulatory guidelines including but not limited to FCRA, BSA, GLBA, etc. as the regulations pertain to the employee's job function.
