Job Details

As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across the organization. You will manage both domestic and international payroll activities, support employees with payroll-related needs, and collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile domestic and international payroll across multiple jurisdictions
  • Audit timesheets, expenses, payroll deductions, and taxable benefits
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and international regulations
  • Prepare payroll reports, labor surveys, and employment/income verifications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries
  • Document payroll procedures and identify process improvements
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT on payroll systems and special projects


Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (REQUIERED)
  • 2–4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or HR
  • Experience with payroll systems (ADP WorkforceNow, Celergo, or Lyric preferred)
  • FPC certification strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
