Job Details

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Processes bi-weekly payroll and other compensation accurately, including manual checks when needed, in accordance with all states, federal and local requirements.
  • Resolves questions related to payment of wages, overtime, salaries, incentive payments, commissions, vacation balances, wage deductions and pay cards
  • Audits and analyzes reports to determine and correct out-of-balance conditions
  • Processes and audits salary adjustments, tax/withholding, wage garnishments, deductions, address changes, direct deposit changes and initiates the setup of all communities pay card program
  • Maintains required records of voluntary and involuntary terminations
  • Partner with the HRIS Analyst to maintain and troubleshoot time clock issues that arise
  • Assists Payroll Manager with year-end processing of all W-2’s.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work with an HRIS system
  • At least 2+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
  • Able to start immediately and comfortable working onsite in Irvine on a contract basis
  • Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce software is highly preferred.
