We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with payroll and bookkeeping. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for our employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis
Verify timecards, calculate wages, and ensure accuracy of data
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports as needed
Maintain accurate and complete payroll records
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to payroll and benefits
Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed
Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and bookkeeping
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
