Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the company's global payroll function, ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee information, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, and leaves.
  • Prepare and review payroll entries and adjustments, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage multi-state tax compliance, ensuring all payroll practices adhere to state and federal regulations.
  • Handle the administration of the company's 401K program, ensuring all contributions, distributions, and changes are accurately recorded and processed.
  • Work closely with the Human Resources team to manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving any payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Stay abreast of current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws to ensure the company's compliance.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll coordinator role within a tech services or related industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of global payroll processes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in UKG payroll software is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of multi-state tax regulations and compliance.
  • Experience in managing 401K programs.
  • In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
