Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Payroll Manager to join our team in the Automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with experience in W2, 1099, commission, ADP, and ADP Payroll. As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the payroll process for all employees, including processing new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports for management
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Manage and reconcile employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and resolve any payroll-related issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date on changes to payroll laws and regulations and make recommendations for process improvements
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll vendors and ensure compliance with service level agreements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in payroll management
• Strong knowledge of W2, 1099, commission, ADP, and ADP Payroll
• Experience with payroll tax compliance and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
