Job Details
Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly ADP payroll for U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy in pay, taxes, 401(k), and benefits.
Audit timesheets, manage payroll tasks (new hires, terminations, deductions), and ensure compliance with federal/state laws.
Optimize processes, monitor regulations, and manage benefits enrollments in HRIS.
Support 401(k) inquiries, open enrollment, and provide billing reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Business/Accounting (preferred) with 3-5 years payroll experience.
Knowledge of Federal/CA employment law; ADP experience a plus.
FPC/CPP certification preferred; proficient in MS Office.
Independent, confidential, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
