Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll using Paychex Flex, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Maintain employee records, payroll data, and personnel documentation
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Respond to employee questions related to payroll, timekeeping, and basic HR matters
Track and verify timecards, pay codes, and employee information
Support reporting and audits as needed
Coordinate with management on payroll-related updates and changes
Provide general HR administrative support during coverage period
Qualifications
4+ years of payroll processing experience
Hands-on Paychex Flex experience (strongly preferred / required)
Understanding of payroll compliance and basic employment practices
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to meet deadlines and manage sensitive/confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
