Job Details:
As a Civil Engineer (PE or EIT), you will be an integral part of our dynamic construction team. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to apply their knowledge and skills regarding drainage projects in a challenging and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of drainage-related tasks and projects, ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. This role will give you the opportunity to showcase your technical skills, leadership abilities, and dedication to quality.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and oversee drainage design plans for construction projects.
2. Conduct thorough drainage studies and analyses to optimize project outcomes.
3. Collaborate with other engineers and construction professionals to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
4. Utilize advanced engineering software and tools for drainage system design and analysis.
5. Provide technical expertise in the resolution of complex drainage issues during the construction phase.
6. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards related to drainage systems.
7. Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to ensure proper implementation of drainage designs and plans.
8. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure smooth project execution.
9. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on drainage engineering.
3. Valid Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
4. Demonstrated expertise in drainage design and analysis, with a strong understanding of related principles and practices.
5. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for drainage system design and analysis.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact professionally with various project stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex drainage issues.
9. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and standards related to drainage systems.
10. Ability to conduct site inspections and assessments, and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
11. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
