- 24/7 oversight
- Must be an RN
What intangibles are we looking for?
- BSN Level education or greater - 3+yrs Clinical Nursing experience
- Pediatric and Behavioral and Mental Health experience
- Nurse leadership experience 2+yrs
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
What pediatric patient population?
- Suicide prevention
- Crisis Prevention and Management
- Restraints (physical and medicinal)
- Average age pts are 14 (ages 3-21+ - depending on medical dx)
