Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services for children, adolescents, and young adults.
Diagnose and treat oral diseases, dental conditions, and developmental concerns.
Develop and present individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Educate patients, parents, and guardians on oral health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
Review treatment options and discuss clinical findings with families to ensure informed decision-making.
Interpret X-rays and other diagnostic images to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.
Monitor the growth and development of teeth and jaws, identifying potential issues early.
Deliver high-quality restorative and preventive dental treatments while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient records in compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry, technology, and best practices.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to provide an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program.
Active state dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
Strong commitment to providing exceptional pediatric dental care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and families.
Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry.
Demonstrated professionalism, ethical standards, and commitment to clinical excellence.
