Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Permit Coordinator/Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating all aspects of the permit process, including preparing applications, tracking permit status, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
2. Managing all project documentation, ensuring that all necessary materials are properly filed and easily accessible.
3. Scheduling and tracking project timelines, coordinating with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
4. Utilizing software tools such as Quickbooks and Procore to manage project finances and documentation.
5. Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities.
6. Overseeing the permit submittal process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and report generation.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Permit Coordinator/Administrator position will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
