This is a full-time, direct hire role, salary + benefits position for a Personal Assistant / Professional Organizer. We have an immediate need for a sharp, entrepreneurial-spirited individual to support their private estate and other properties.

- Previous experience with home/ personal organization
- (REQUIRED) Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 3.25 GPA with high SAT/ACT scores (transcripts will be verified)
- Able to commit to a minimum of 2 years and work a 50-hour work week
- Able to travel domestically and internationally with the family
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly with Excel
- Positive attitude with a strong aptitude to pick up things/direction quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
- Able to approach problems creatively
- Excellent driving record
- Able to provide before/after photos of previous home organizing projects
What will you be doing?
- Assist the family with personal needs with a focus on home organization for all their properties
- House management skills including organization, shopping, record keeping, packing for trips, etc.
- Domestic and international travel with the family
