A bit about us:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and organized college student with aspirations for a legal career to serve as a personal assistant to the CEO of our law firm. This is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to the inner workings of legal leadership and firm operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and communications.
Assist with legal document preparation, research, and file organization.
Attend select meetings and take notes or summarize key takeaways.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

Some work will be performed remotely, but the role does involve in-person work 2 days/week for approximately 4 hours each visit***
