The successful candidate will manage a heavy and diversified caseload, which includes handling all aspects of the litigation process for personal injury cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of representing clients who have suffered from personal injuries, mainly due to motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, defective medical devices, defective drugs, and premises liability.

We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will manage a heavy and diversified caseload, which includes handling all aspects of the litigation process for personal injury cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of representing clients who have suffered from personal injuries, mainly due to motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, defective medical devices, defective drugs, and premises liability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients who have suffered personal injuries
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury cases
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
- Conduct legal research and analysis of legal problems
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, contracts, and, deeds
- Handle pre-litigation negotiations and settlements
- Prepare and present cases in court
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies for handling personal injury cases
- Communicate with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case
- Conduct research and analysis of legal problems
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
- Present facts in writing and verbally to their clients or others, and argue on behalf of their clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney
- Exceptional knowledge of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, defective medical devices, defective drugs, and premises liability
- Proven experience in handling pre-litigation processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and legal documents
- Proficient in legal research software and case management systems
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments based on analyzed information
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
