Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring that each case progresses in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations, advocating on their behalf to secure the best possible outcomes.
4. Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
5. Collaborate with legal staff, experts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze evidence.
6. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing their questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney, with a proven track record of success.
4. Proficiency in legal research, with the ability to quickly and accurately gather and interpret legal information.
5. Extensive experience in civil litigation, including court appearances, negotiations, and mediations.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex legal information to clients and other stakeholders.
