We are actively seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fighting for justice on behalf of individuals who have suffered serious injuries as a result of auto accidents, workplace incidents, and other forms of negligence. This role requires a high level of commitment and passion for advocating for clients who have experienced catastrophic injuries or wrongful death. You'll be working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where every case is unique and requires a deep understanding of personal injury law.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent plaintiffs in court, arguing cases on their behalf and working to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Handle a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, workers' compensation, accidents, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries.
  • Take and defend depositions (witnesses, experts, etc.)
  • Draft and respond to legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, striving to secure the maximum compensation for their injuries and losses.
  • Provide legal advice to clients and offer them guidance on how best to navigate their legal journey.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in personal injury law to provide the most accurate and relevant advice to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A Personal Injury Attorney, specifically on the plaintiff side.
  • A valid license to practice law in the state of Nevada.
  • Proven track record of successfully representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
  • Deep understanding of and experience with auto accidents, workers' compensation, accidents, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure favorable settlements for clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
