Job Details

We represent individuals and families in serious personal injury matters, focusing on cases that demand tenacious advocacy and meticulous trial preparation. Our personal injury team handles a wide range of claims, including:

  • Catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation
  • Motor vehicle, truck, and motorcycle accident cases
  • Medical malpractice and surgical error claims
  • Traumatic brain injury (TBI) and concussion-related cases
  • Sexual abuse and assault litigation (including clergy and institutional abuse)
  • Nursing home negligence and elder abuse cases
  • Products liability, including asbestos exposure and defective products
  • Workplace injuries and third-party liability claims

Duties:

  • Join a dynamic team of over 30 attorneys
  • Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases including auto accidents, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery
  • Participate in case strategy, settlement negotiations, and trials
  • Collaborate with expert witnesses, investigators, and support teams
  • Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials

Looking For:

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
  • Minimum 2 years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Experience handling plaintiff-side cases involving medical malpractice, catastophic injury, wrongful death, auto accidents or serious bodily injury
  • Strong background in legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy
  • Proven ability to manage cases from intake through resolution
