Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Oversee all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
- Formulate case strategies and counsel clients on their legal rights.
- Represent clients in court and mediations and negotiate settlements effectively.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of relevant legal experience in personal injury law.
- Preferred experience at either a plaintiff or defense firm.
- Licensed to practice in Texas.
- Proven ability to manage a comprehensive caseload independently.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
