Our esteemed law firm is seeking a dynamic, committed, and experienced Permanent Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service to clients and a desire to make a meaningful impact in their lives. The role involves handling a variety of personal injury claims, including but not limited to auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, and other related cases. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes cases, and requires a strong commitment to client service, excellent case management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury cases.
  • Provide legal advice to clients and represent them in negotiations with insurance companies.
  • Conduct research, gather evidence, interview clients and witnesses, and handle other details in preparation for trials.
  • Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, and real estate closing statements.
  • Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits.
  • Handle a high volume of personal injury cases from the initial client meeting through negotiation or trial if necessary.
  • Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
  • Maintain client relationships and communicate regularly to keep them informed of the progress of the case.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and other attorneys.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Experience with injury claims, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, and premises liability cases.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful settlements.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and other attorneys.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
