We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work on a diverse range of personal injury cases, providing legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered physical or psychological injury as a result of negligence or wrongdoing by another party. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned litigator with a solid track record in personal injury law, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal procedures, court proceedings, and negotiation tactics. This role is perfect for a driven and empathetic individual who is passionate about advocating for clients and helping them secure the compensation they deserve.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal support and advice to clients who have suffered personal injuries.
  • Handle case intake, client interviews, and initial investigations.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each case.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct negotiations with opposing parties to reach settlements or prepare for trial when necessary.
  • Represent clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in personal injury law and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain high standards of professional conduct and ethics while representing clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and other legal professionals to ensure a comprehensive legal service.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Proven track record of success in personal injury cases, including trials.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
