Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of about 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month.
  • Engage with clients and ensure they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
  • Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.
  • Serve as lead counsel in jury trials.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years practicing personal injury or civil litigation.
  • Plaintiff-side experience is preferred but defense side is valuable too.
  • Active and in good standing with your local State Bar.
  • Extensive jury trial experience.
  • Deep understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
