Job Details

We’re seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dedicated team advocating for injured clients across Florida. This role requires a Florida Bar license in good standing and at least five years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about fighting for clients’ rights and achieving meaningful results inside and outside the courtroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including auto accidents, premises liability, and general negligence cases.
  • Oversee all aspects of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trials.
  • Develop case strategies to maximize outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to gather facts, provide updates, and advise on legal options.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
  • Collaborate with investigators, medical providers, and expert witnesses to build strong cases.
  • Maintain accurate case files and meet all court deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases on the plaintiff side.
  • Proven litigation skills, including courtroom and trial experience.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide clients through stressful situations.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
