Job Details

This is a hands-on litigation role with your own designated docket from day one. You'll sharpen every facet of your litigation and trial skills in a supportive environment with solid staffing, selective case intake, and real pathways for advancement.

Your docket will include:

Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Responding to and objecting to discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Conducting legal research
Arguing motions in court
Leading case strategy and investigations
Collaborating across dockets
Participating in trials
Managing settlement disbursements

This isn't a document review role. If you want to be in the courtroom, this is where you build that career.

What We're Looking For

J.D. and active Texas bar license (do not apply if not licensed in Texas)
1–3 years of litigation experience
Personal injury background required
Trial experience a plus, but not required
Spanish fluency a plus, but not required
Must reside in Austin or the surrounding area
