We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Personal Injury Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients with personal injury claims, ensuring their rights are protected and they receive the compensation they deserve. This role involves managing a heavy case load, so the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate and manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution, either by settlement or trial.
2. Conduct legal research and gather evidence to build strong cases and formulate legal strategies.
3. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal correspondence.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, presenting evidence and arguments as necessary.
5. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties to ensure clients receive fair compensation.
6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
7. Stay updated with changes in personal injury law and related legal fields to provide accurate advice and representation.
8. Provide regular updates to clients on case progress and advise them on the best course of action.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
4. Proven experience in litigation, particularly in personal injury law.
5. Experience in trial proceedings and mediation.
6. Strong legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents.
7. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.
8. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients and interact with all levels of individuals.
10. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a large case load effectively and efficiently.
11. Demonstrated commitment to legal ethics and client confidentiality.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
