Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Oversee all aspects of personal injury cases from initial intake through trial or settlement.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare legal arguments.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in a clear, compelling manner.
- Develop case strategies based on the facts of the case and the client’s goals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and addressing their questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with legal team members to ensure seamless case management.
- Stay updated on developments in personal injury law, using this knowledge to the benefit of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
- Proven experience in trial practice, negotiation, case management, legal writing, legal research, and document drafting.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to absorb complex legal and factual information, and translate it into clear, persuasive, and understandable written and verbal communication.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable settlements for clients.
- Exceptional case management skills, with the ability to handle a high caseload while maintaining high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethics.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Passionate about providing superior customer service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
